Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store, supporting them with direct service.
• Engage with customers to discuss fashion trends and products and promote the Hello Member loyalty app.
• Promote and sell products to customers and contribute to achieving sales targets with store leadership.
• Support garment care, presentation, and stock replenishment to maintain an attractive, organized sales floor.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and adhere to store procedures and safety requirements.
