Job summary

Edikted is seeking an experienced Store Manager for a new store opening at Fashion Show. You will lead a high-energy team, maximize sales, and create unforgettable customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will hire and develop staff, drive performance, oversee visual merchandising and operations, and ensure loss prevention and compliance. The role reports to the Head of Retail and requires flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of retail management experience.
• Comfortable with basic computer skills and store management systems.
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs and handle physical tasks as needed.
• Open to working flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-energy team to maximize sales and drive performance.
• Hire, train, and develop a winning team.
• Create a welcoming, on-brand shopping experience for customers.
• Ensure store looks amazing and runs smoothly—from stock to displays.
