Edikted is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced fashion environment.

You will coach and develop the team, manage daily store operations, and ensure visual standards are met while supporting loss prevention and compliance. This role requires leadership, flexibility for evenings/weekends, and familiarity with retail systems.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of retail management experience.
• Passion for fashion, customer service, and team development.
• Detail-oriented and goal-driven.
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs and move around the store.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Familiar with retail systems and operational tools.

• Step Up as a Leader – cover Store Manager when absent and keep the team performing.
