Edikted in Nashville, TN seeks a Store Supervisor to lead our fashion-forward team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will coach sales associates, support the Store Manager, and help drive sales through strong supervision and hands-on leadership.

Responsibilities include optimizing store presentation, coordinating merchandising, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment while upholding Edikted brand standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of retail experience in a similar role.
• Passionate about fashion and helping customers find their style.
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs, move around the store, and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Open to flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience – Lead by example and coach your team to provide outstanding service that keeps customers coming back.
• Sales & Operations – Help execute sales strategies, assist in scheduling, and ensure smooth store operations to maximize performance.
• Store Presentation – Maintain a visually appealing sales floor, oversee shipment processing, and ensure merchandising aligns with Edikted brand standards.
• Loss Prevention & Safety – Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols to protect both employees and customers.
• Team Leadership – Support in training, developing, and motivating the team to hit goals and grow within the company.
• Daily Store Routines – Assist with store openings/closings, manage workflow, and ensure operational excellence.
