Edikted in Tysons, VA is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead our team and deliver top-tier customer experiences in a fast-paced fashion environment. Join a brand that values style, service, and teamwork.

You will support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, coach the sales team, and oversee daily operations, merchandising, and safety protocols to protect employees and customers. This full-time role includes benefits and PTO and opportunities for growth within Edikted.

Formación

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• 1–2+ years of retail experience in a similar role.
• Passionate about fashion and delivering customer experiences.
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example to coach the sales team and support store management.
• Help execute sales strategies and assist in scheduling.
• Maintain engaging store presentation and merchandising with Edikted standards.
• Oversee daily store routines, openings and closings.
• Support loss prevention and safety protocols.
• Foster a positive, inclusive team culture.
