Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience in a similar role.

• Able to lift up to 20 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Open to working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and coach the sales team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily activities and scheduling.
• Maintain a visually appealing store presentation and alignment with Edikted brand standards.
• Oversee safety, loss prevention, and compliance across the store.
• Foster a positive team culture and train and develop staff to hit goals.
