Job summary

cabi Outlet is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a fast-paced retail team, deliver exceptional styling and customer service, and drive sales while maintaining store standards. This role offers the chance to develop leadership skills and advance within a fashion-focused environment.

We value energetic, customer-centered leaders who can coach Sales Associates, manage daily operations, and contribute to a positive team culture. Night, weekend, and holiday availability are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience in a Key Holder or Supervisor role.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Leadership mindset with ability to motivate a team.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized styling and customer service to every guest.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outreach and clienteling.
• Drive sales and KPIs while supporting daily store performance.
