WHBM in Greenville, SC is seeking a Sales Lead to supervise the store team, lead by example on the sales floor, and uphold brand standards to create a welcoming, customer-centered experience. You will work with store leadership to drive performance and cultivate a positive team culture.

The role emphasizes coaching, communication, and ownership, with responsibilities including opening/closing, merchandise replenishment, and knowledge-sharing of promotions and store policies.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Actively share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
