ALDO Group in Miami Beach is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead to guide the team, help hit sales targets, coach associates, and ensure every customer has a great experience.

When management isn’t on the floor, you take the lead, handle day-to-day operations, restock, back-store tasks, and maintain compelling displays to drive brand impact. This role supports a dynamic team and growth opportunities within ALDO Group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of hands-on management experience in retail or service.
• Deep interest in fashion and current trends.
• Natural leader with a growth mindset.
• Strong customer-facing skills and ability to connect with people.
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by promoting brand initiatives and delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Coach and support team members with on-the-floor guidance.
• Share insights with store management to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies around payments, returns, and loss prevention.
• Maintain sharp visual merchandising and store displays.
• Assist Store Manager with daily operations and restocking.
