Michael Kors is seeking an Associate Manager to lead the sales floor, partnering with the General Manager to drive results and elevate the client experience in a fast-paced fashion environment. You will help foster a dynamic team culture focused on creativity, collaboration, and growth.

You will coach and develop team members, ensure brand standards, manage openings and closings, and build lasting client relationships while leveraging Omni-channel tools in a high-energy flagship store setting.

Formación

• 4+ years of retail management experience.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing in English.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with General Manager in driving results through a strategic and multifaceted approach.
• Drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience.
• Lead the sales floor in real time, directing team priorities and customer engagement.
• Coach, develop, and inspire team members through feedback and performance management.
• Execute and maintain sales floor presentation and brand standards.
• Lead and execute opening and closing duties and operational tasks.
• Foster customer relationships through knowledge of trends, styling, and selling techniques.
• Recruit, hire, and retain best in class talent.
• Build a client book to drive traffic and client engagement.
• Drive Omni channel sales using all available tools and technology.
