Job summary

knitwellgroup is seeking a Sales Lead at our Allen, TX location. You will supervise the store team, model customer-centered service, and support leadership in achieving goals while upholding brand standards.

You will foster a welcoming environment, coach teammates, and ensure memorable shopping experiences. Must be 18+, with 2 years retail management preferred and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older.
• 2 years retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with daily operations, opening/closing.
• Share brand priorities and messages with teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and coach staff.
• Provide scheduling support and coaching to maintain performance goals.
• Handle cash, inventory, and merchandise replenishment.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and store policies.
