Job summary

Chico’s in Lancaster, PA, is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model brand standards. You’ll help create a welcoming, customer-centered environment and drive store performance.

You’ll coach staff, manage daily operations, handle scheduling, inventory, and merchandising, and ensure excellent guest experiences through omni-channel approaches. Availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays; must be 18+ with retail leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Develop strong customer and peer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and coach teammates.
• Provide scheduling input and support associate development.
• Oversee inventory management and merchandise replenishment.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and policies.
