Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and delivering a welcoming, customer-centered experience.
• Provide coaching and feedback to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Handle cash, schedule employees, manage inventory, and replenish merchandise as needed.
• Stay knowledgeable about current promotions, store policies, and brand standards.
