Chico's in Warrington, PA seeks a part-time Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and drive brand standards. You will coach staff, manage operations, and fuel a welcoming, customer-focused environment that reflects Chico's hospitality and style.

Responsibilities include opening/closing tasks, scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and merchandise replenishment while sharing brand priorities and product knowledge across channels.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Actively share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and assist with scheduling when needed.
• Share ideas with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork with peers and leaders.
