• Develop relationships to grow store business.
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve sales goals.
• Assess associate performance to improve service quality, sales, and store goals.
• Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and store needs.
• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
