Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager for Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg, IL.

This role blends business strategy, operations, and people leadership to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service on the floor and in back-end processes. You'll supervise daily store activities, lead staffing and training, maintain product knowledge and visual displays, analyze reports, and ensure brand standards while embodying our company culture.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Drive to achieve results and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
