ALICE+OLIVIA is seeking a Public Relations Manager in NYC to develop and maintain media relationships, coordinate editorial outreach, and support VIP dressing efforts. The role includes compiling press reports and executing strategic PR initiatives for U.S. and global markets.

You will work closely with editors, stylists, and producers to secure coverage across fashion, lifestyle, and entertainment outlets, while managing budgets and press assets. A strong network in fashion media is preferred.

Competenze

• Minimum 3–5 years of PR experience in fashion, agency or in-house.
• Degree in journalism, PR, communications or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and fashion PR platforms (Launchmetrics, Lefty, Muck Rack).
• Self-starter with excellent organization and planning skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Develop and maintain relationships with media and editors; support daily communication with stylists, producers, and writers.
• Maintain comprehensive media lists across fashion, lifestyle, business, beauty, and entertainment.
• Coordinate sample requests, editorial pulls, and returns through the PR showroom.
• Track editorial placements across print, digital, TV, podcasts, and newsletters.
• Assist in writing press releases, media alerts, market pitches, and briefing documents.
• Compile weekly, monthly, and seasonal press coverage reports.
• Support the PR Director to execute ALICE+OLIVIA’s U.S. and Global PR strategy, including promoting new season collections and product launches.
