Nordstrom is seeking a Designated Selling Associate (DSA) to deliver outstanding customer service and fashion guidance in a fast-paced retail environment. You will drive sales by building relationships with customers, educating peers on brand trends, and contributing to merchandising and store events.

The role requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, learn product knowledge, and engage customers through in-person and digital selling.

• Attend meetings and trainings to build product knowledge.
• Conduct product knowledge sessions for DSAs and Stylists.
• Open Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Support department readiness through merchandising and stocking.
