Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in retail (6 months+).
• Have a good eye for fashion and current trends.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and lead by example greeting each customer with a smile and creating a welcoming store environment.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks to run the store efficiently during shifts.
• Ask and educate customers about selling their clothes to Crossroads.
• Maintain integrity and reliability in words and actions, even under pressure.
• Be flexible and collaborative to support the team and store goals.
