Job summary

Crossroads Trading Co. in Pasadena is seeking a Keyholder to support the management team with day-to-day store operations and bring our fun, fashion-centered, and affordable shopping experience to life.

You will learn buying, merchandising, and inventory practices while leading a team and delivering outstanding customer service, helping our brand live its values. If you have retail supervisory experience, a keen eye for fashion trends, and can work at least 30 hours per week, apply now and join

Qualifications

Prior supervisory experience in retail (6 months+).
Have a good eye for fashion and current trends.
Must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Lead by example greeting each customer with a smile and welcome them to our store.
Prioritize + Delegate to run the store like a well-oiled machine.
Ask and Educate customers how we work and how to sell their clothes to us.
