Crossroads Trading Co. Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in San Francisco to support daily store operations and lead by example. You will help deliver a fun, fashion-forward and affordable shopping experience while upholding our inclusive culture.

The role offers growth through promoted responsibilities, with exposure to buying, merchandising and inventory tasks in a second-hand fashion environment. A strong fashion sense and US work authorization are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail management (1 year+)
• Have a good eye for fashion and current trends
• Must be able to work a minimum of 31 hours per week
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day operations and bring the brand promise to life.
• Drive Crossroads' values by creating an inclusive environment for second-hand shopping and selling.
• Gain hands-on experience in buying, merchandising and inventory practices.
• Build trust with a customer base that has been loyal since day one.
