Job summary

A Contemporary Fashion Brand is seeking an EDI/Logistics Associate to manage wholesale orders and logistics. Responsibilities include overseeing order management from EDI receipt through shipment confirmation, resolving order discrepancies, and maintaining order entry in the ERP system. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2 to 4 years of experience in logistics or EDI operations within the fashion or consumer goods industry, along with proficiency in relevant ERP platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in Business, Supply Chain, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field preferred.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in wholesale logistics, EDI operations, or order management.
• Hands-on experience managing EDI transaction sets in a wholesale or retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the open order book for wholesale accounts.
• Review and reconcile order discrepancies with Sales and Production.
• Ensure all orders are maintained accurately in the ERP system.
