Job summary

Aquent is partnering with a leading national retailer to seek a highly organized Production Coordinator for high-volume fashion photography and video shoots. You will coordinate essential logistics, support on-set activities, and manage talent bookings to deliver compelling ecommerce content.

With exposure to a large-scale studio, you’ll collaborate with photographers, stylists, agencies, and freelance talent, growing toward independently managing assigned shoots under seasoned producers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting professional photography, video or commercial productions.
• Knowledge of talent sourcing, casting, or booking processes.
• Proven ability to communicate with photographers, stylists, creatives and external partners.
• Strong interpersonal skills for navigating a fast-moving studio.
• Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Resourcefulness and sound judgment to handle on-set changes.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist producers in planning and flawless execution of on-figure photography and video shoots.
• Coordinate shoot schedules, shot lists, fittings, availability and production flow.
• Engage with model agencies, hair/makeup pros and freelancers to source and book bookings.
• Provide hands-on on-set support and ensure shoots stay on schedule.
• Troubleshoot last-minute production changes and resolve issues.
• Partner with creative teams to select talent aligned with brand direction.
• Maintain talent records, schedules and production documentation.
• Support wrap-up including invoices, shot list reconciliation and vendor follow-up.
