A leading fashion brand in Santa Monica is seeking a hands-on Photoshoot Producer to support production from concept through delivery. You’ll coordinate photo, video, and digital asset production for campaigns, social, email, and web launches, ensuring brand consistency.

Reporting to the Creative Production Manager, you’ll manage timelines, briefs, and assets in Asana, prep shoots with references and shot lists, coordinate talent and vendors, and ensure on-set logistics run smoothly while

Qualificações

• Experience supporting photoshoots, creative production, or project coordination in fashion or related creative environment.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines and details.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana and shared asset systems.
• Keen eye for visual quality, product accuracy, and brand consistency.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate photo, video, and digital asset production for campaigns, social media, email, paid marketing, and web launches.
• Manage project timelines, briefs, task flows, and deliverables in Asana, following up with partners to keep work moving.
• Prepare for shoots by gathering references, mood boards, shot lists, call sheets, and production documents.
• Coordinate samples, wardrobe and prop pulls, couriers, returns, talent, crew, studios, and vendors.
• Support on-set logistics, product preparation, styling, shot tracking, and communication across teams.
• Organize image selects and feedback, coordinate with retouchers and editors, and track assets through final delivery.
• Review assets for accurate product details, required angles, formatting, and brand consistency.
• Maintain asset libraries, shared drives, sample inventories, and production records.
• Coordinate freelance creatives and vendors, helping build a network of reliable production partners.
