We are seeking a Senior Fashion Designer with strong creative vision, technical expertise, and a global mindset to join our fast-paced design team. This role requires professional fluency in Mandarin to collaborate closely with cross-regional teams and suppliers. You will play a key role in leading seasonal collections, driving design innovation, and ensuring that our products align with brand DNA and customer trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to final sample for seasonal collections.
• Research global fashion trends, fabrics, and silhouettes to translate insights into commercially successful designs.
• Work closely with the product development and sourcing teams (in Mandarin and English) to ensure accurate execution of design intent.
• Present design concepts, mood boards, and trend forecasts to the leadership team.
• Oversee junior designers, providing mentorship and creative direction.
• Partner with merchandising and marketing teams to ensure product-market fit and support brand storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in fashion design, preferably in womenswear and/or youth-focused brands.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) is required.
• Excellent understanding of garment construction, fabric development, and trend forecasting.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance creativity and deadlines.
• Team-oriented mindset with leadership potential.
