We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Accessories Designer to join our dynamic design team. This role is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing innovative accessories that align with seasonal trends and brand identity. The ideal candidate will bring strong design skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating products that delight customers and elevate the brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and interpret seasonal fashion trends, consumer insights, and market data to inform accessory designs.
• Create sketches, technical drawings, and design concepts for handbags, belts, jewelry, hats, scarves, and other accessories.
• Develop and maintain tech packs, ensuring accuracy in materials, trims, colors, and construction details.
• Partner with product development, sourcing, and merchandising teams to ensure designs meet cost, quality, and timeline objectives.
• Participate in fittings, sample reviews, and revisions to ensure design intent is maintained through production.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to present concepts, mood boards, and final designs to leadership and stakeholders.
• Stay informed of industry innovations, emerging materials, and sustainability practices to enhance design development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Accessory Design, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in accessory or fashion design (handbags, small leather goods, jewelry, or related categories preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and PLM systems.
• Excellent sketching, CAD, and rendering skills with a strong sense of proportion and detail.
• Knowledge of materials, hardware, and manufacturing techniques.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey design concepts clearly.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
