Job summary

EMERGING BLUE is seeking a Design Operations Associate to work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate workflow across brands. You will oversee tech packs, support uploads of art and specs for sourcing, and ensure timely processing of production package requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in fashion design, product development or related field required.
• 2+ years in fashion industry as an assistant or associate preferred.
• Excellent Excel skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Must be strategic, persuasive and collaborative.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Review and oversee tech packs for all details across the season.
• Assist with uploading tech packs, spec pages, and artwork for sourcing.
• Process production package requests accurately and on time.
• Meet deadlines per the design calendar.
• Coordinate with Design, Technical, and Sourcing on style specs.
• Maintain design standards across specified brands.
• Attend fittings and ensure updates are communicated to teams.
• Resolve pre-production and production issues with cross-functional partners.
