• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Design with planned graduation in 2027 or 2028.
• Strong college portfolio required.
• Clear written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe CS; ability to hand-sketch and adapt to new tech.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist design team with prep for key milestones.
• Support buy meeting prep with Design Director.
• Plan and execute assigned design projects.
• Assist with trend report preparation.
• Collaborate with design team and cross-divisional partners.
• Research trends and competitive brands.
