Job summary

PVH Design Development Coordinator drives product development and commercialization, partnering with Design, Merch Planning, Raw Materials, Tech Design, Supply, Hub, Factory, Sales and Operations to deliver product that meets business requirements for quality, aesthetic and price.

Based in New York, this role oversees sample execution, tech pack creation in PLM, cost tracking, and collaboration with overseas offices to ensure calendar deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience recommended in product development or merchandising.
• Strong organizational skills required.
• Team player with ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and detail orientation.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Design for seasonal development and launches.
• Maintain cost request tracking and obtain costing information from Hub.
• Create tech packages in PLM for initial season setup (BOM, model, packaging BOM).
• Lead initiatives to improve tech pack accuracy and data systems.
• Initiate all sample requests.
• Create line sheets with images in Visulon for milestones.
• Coordinate with RM, QA, and Tech to complete seasonal risk assessments.
• Facilitate seasonal product reviews and ensure alignment to tech pack requirements.
• Oversee Late Add processes and Line Adoption & Finalization meetings.
• Attend fit sessions to prepare block/make detail requests.
• Track style development from concept through production.
• Maintain daily communication with overseas offices.
• Support calendar adherence and cross-functional collaboration.
