Job summary

Eberjey is seeking a temporary Customer Service Coordinator in Miami to drive customer satisfaction by acting as the first contact for inquiries and issues. You will collaborate with Ops, Logistics, and Sales to optimize processes and uphold CSAT targets.

You will manage orders, returns, and exchanges, and work across multiple systems. Strong communication and fashion-brand experience are preferred for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within fashion retail preferred.
• Proficiency with Zendesk, BlueCherry and Shopify platforms.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate product and process information to customers.
• Troubleshoot issues and offer solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently in the systems.
• Follow-up on outstanding tickets and finalize customer experiences.
• Help improve CSAT scores during the season.
• Identify areas to improve the customer experience.
• Participate in site navigation and walkthrough meetings.
• Log volume drivers and issues across multiple systems.
