Job summary

Pacsun is seeking an Assistant Buyer for Women’s Wovens, Sweaters, Dresses & Essentials at our Anaheim, CA campus. You will support the Buying team with admin tasks,PO tracking, and data entry, while gaining exposure to trend research and supplier coordination.

You’ll work closely with senior buyers to maintain inventory and assist with samples, reporting, and systems updates in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Support senior buyers with administrative and operational tasks.
• Track purchase orders and shipments; manage inventory levels.
• Input and manage data related to sales, orders, and stock in systems.
• Research product trends and competitors; not responsible for vendor selection.

Responsibilities

• Handle scheduling meetings, preparing reports, updating inventory systems.
• Assist with tracking purchase orders and product shipments, ensuring inventory levels are maintained.
• Input and manage data related to sales, orders, and stock levels in inventory management systems.
• Conduct basic research on product trends and competitor offerings but typically can’t decide on product assortment or vendor selection.
• Interact with suppliers to confirm order details or help manage product deliveries but do not handle major negotiations.
