Job summary

Uptown Cheapskate Cypress is seeking an Assistant Store Manager of Operations to lead a small team and drive selling, pricing, and inventory discipline in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

You will coach 8–20 store staff, coordinate the buying team, manage weekly markdowns, and ensure excellent customer service while upholding our sustainable, thrifty brand.

Weekend availability is a must; if you’re energetic, reliable and ready to hit the ground running, join our fun, growth-minded crew.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1-3 years of experience in fashion retail within the last 4 years.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with inventory, pricing, and merchandising is preferred.

• Evaluate & price inventory using our proprietary software (we'll train)
• Manage inventory through regular markdowns and merchandising
• Lead a team of 8-20 Store Staff
• Assist with running the store with passion and drive
• Must have at least 1-3 years of experience in Fashion Retail within the last 4 years
• Must be a team player, have GREAT initiative, BE Responsible & a fast learner
• Must have open availability on weekends
• Must work with Store Management to consistently meet Goals
• Must be able to fill in for call-outs from staff members
• Must have STRONG WORK ETHIC! Be Ready to hit the ground running everyday!

We are seeking a strong Assistant Store Manager of Operations with the ability to manage staff, Lead our buying team, Assist with strong inventory management/organization skills, a go-getter who gets the job done. Must have team spirit and a positive attitude (don't kill our vibe!)

Compensation: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
