Uptown Cheapskate Cypress is seeking an Assistant Store Manager of Operations to lead our team in Cypress. You will manage staff, assist with buying, and oversee inventory to keep our shelves fresh and organized.

The role requires 1-3 years fashion retail experience, a strong work ethic, and weekend availability; you will partner with store management to hit goals while delivering excellent customer service in a fun, fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a strong Assistant Store Manager of Operations with the ability to manage staff, Lead our buying team, Assist with strong inventory management/organization skills, a go-getter who gets the job done. Must have team spirit and a positive attitude (don't kill our vibe!)

Core Responsibilities/Key Skills Needed for this position:

• Evaluate & price inventory using our proprietary software (we'll train)
• Manage inventory through regular markdowns and merchandising
• Lead a team of 8-20 Store Staff
• Assist with running the store with passion and drive
• Must have at least 1-3 years of experience in Fashion Retail within the last 4 years
• Must be a team player, have GREAT initiative, BE Responsible & a fast learner
• Must have open availability on weekends
• Must work with Store Management to consistently meet Goals
• Must be able to fill in for call-outs from staff members
• Must have STRONG WORK ETHIC! Be Ready to hit the ground running everyday!
