Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Education or Language preferred.
• ILR Level 4+ in Speaking/Listening/Reading.
• ILR 4+ on translation assessment.
• Minimum five years of professional experience teaching languages to adults.
• Minimum five years of professional experience conducting language testing for adults.
• Knowledge of history, culture, politics, and economy of the relevant region; familiarity with language learning tech.
• Experience in content management, editing, quality control, writing reports, course design, and summarizing/gisting.

Responsibilities

• Interact with government and contractor personnel in a high-profile environment.
• Work under the direction of senior trained instructors.
• Commit to 40 hours per week: ~20 hours teaching and ~20 hours on lesson development, student assessment, and testing.
