Responsibilities

• Monitor employee performance for accuracy in animal husbandry to maximize production goals and efficiency.

• Assign, manage, and maximize daily tasks to achieve goals.
• Log and maintain daily records and monitor for accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with the farm manager about daily activity, health, and safety.
