Key Responsibilities

• Operate tractors, tractor‑drawn machinery, and self‑propelled machinery to plow, harrow, fertilize soil, plant, cultivate, spray, and harvest crops.
• Load agricultural products into trucks and drive to market or storage facilities (without CDL).
• Harvest agricultural products and operate farming equipment.
• Maintain and repair agricultural equipment, farm buildings, fences, and other structures.
• Transport animals, crops, or equipment; repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment.
• Clean equipment or facilities and build agricultural structures.
• Prepare land for agricultural use; clean work areas and maintain grounds and landscaping.
• Maintain and repair irrigation and climate control systems; set up and operate irrigation equipment.

Qualifications

• Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience in the duties listed.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• May work nights and possibly weekends; employer may request but cannot require work on Sabbath.
• Once hired, worker may be required to take a drug test at no cost; subject to employer's drug‑free and alcohol‑free workplace policy.
• Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination.
