H2ajobs is seeking workers in Osceola, Arkansas to perform farm labor duties including repairing and maintaining farm vehicles and equipment, loading materials, and assisting with habitat and wetlands projects. Candidates should have at least 3 months of recent farm experience, be able to lift 50 lbs, and be able to obtain a driver’s license with a clean record.

English language proficiency is required. Housing and meals are provided by the employer, with weekly transportation to grocery stores

Responsabilidades

• Repair, clean, and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment.
• Adjust, repair, and service farm machinery and notify supervisors of malfunctions.
• Load and unload inventory such as farm supplies, seed, fertilizer, equipment, and materials.
• Repair farm buildings and fences; assist in habitat management and wetlands maintenance.
• Operate semi-trucks for hauling grain to terminals and ports where required.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Worker will be performing job duties related to SOC 45-2092, job duties include but are not limited to: Repair, clean, and

maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment such as planters, tractors, and other implements .

Adjust, repair, and service farm machinery and notify supervisors when machinery malfunctions. Maintain inventory and

organize supplies by loading and unloading inventory such as farm supplies, seed, fertilizer, equipment, and materials as

required. Repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures. Assist in the management and preservation of wildlife

habitat on the farm during the migration of waterfowl and deer such as: maintaining wire; removing rubble; servicing

wetlands; controlling weed pressure; inspect and record wildlife population; maintain adequate levels in ponds and

wetland reserve program; Perform manual labor necessary to develop, maintain, or protect areas such as forested areas,

woodlands, wetlands. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures

to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and the team. Fill semi-trucks with hopper bottom trailers; drive and

deliver grain to terminals and ports using semi-trucks. Must be able to speak and understand English.

Meals:

Employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities, all of which are in working order, including refrigeration, space for food preparation, cooking accessories and utensils, appliances, and dishwashing facilities so that workers may prepare their own meals. Kitchen facilities include adequate sinks with hot and cold water under pressure. Employer will provide transportation once a week to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries, when the employer is providing cooking and kitchen facilities.

Experience wanted:

3 months

Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a drug test at no cost to the worker and be subject to the employers drug free and alcohol free workplace policy including testing protocols. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
