Job summary

H2ajobs is seeking manual farm laborers for planting, watering, and caring for winter crops. Tasks include moving bales, loading sprayer materials, and supervising irrigation pivots. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required, with housing and meals provided by the employer.

Two months of verifiable experience are required. A driver’s license may be required after hire, with a clean driving record. Random drug testing may occur at no cost to the worker.

Job description

Performing manual farm labor involved in planting, watering, and raising winter crops such as moving bales; measuring and mixing applicants to be loaded into a sprayer; controlling flow rate of irrigation pivots, using shovel to dig around pivots, maintaining and repair irrigation systems such as nozzles, tires, pumps on pivots. Must speak and understand English.

Housing: Employer-provided (including mobile or range)

Meals: Employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities, all of which are in working order, including refrigeration, space for food preparation, cooking accessories and utensils, appliances, and dishwashing facilities so that workers may prepare their own meals. Kitchen facilities include adequate sinks with hot and cold water under pressure. Employer will provide transportation once a week to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries, when the employer is providing cooking and kitchen facilities.

Two (2) months of recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
