H2ajobs in Arkansas is seeking a farm laborer to operate heavy equipment and perform general farm tasks. Responsibilities include working outdoors in varying weather and using hand tools.

Description du poste

Responsible for driving a JD 310SJ backhoe and Cat 312 excavator to maintain flooded waterfowl fields and perform general farm operations. Duties include manual labor with hand tools such as shovels, maintaining water control structures, cleaning and performing routine maintenance on equipment, and assisting with other farm related tasks as needed. Candidates must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, perform physically demanding work, speak and understand English, possess a valid driver's license, and demonstrate safe equipment operation and a strong work ethic. Speak and understand English.

Housing: Employer-provided (including mobile or range)

Meals: Employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities, all of which are in working order, including refrigeration, space for food preparation, cooking accessories and utensils, appliances, and dishwashing facilities so that workers may prepare their own meals. Kitchen facilities include adequate sinks with hot and cold water under pressure. Employer will provide transportation once a week to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries, when the employer is providing cooking and kitchen facilities.

Experience wanted: 1 months

One (1) month of recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 10 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
