Responsibilities

Workers may perform duties related to nursery production, including assisting supervisors, directing tasks, planting, harvesting, grading, labeling, packing, loading, pruning, installing shade covers, maintaining irrigation and fertilizing, filling orders, quality control, pesticide application, record keeping, soil mixing, operating machinery, and other manual labor tasks as detailed in the original description.

Additional Tasks

Build trellises, repair signage, manage plant records, operate various farm machinery, and perform grounds maintenance. Tasks vary daily and are assigned at the employer's discretion.
