Job Responsibilities

Workers will perform duties related to detasseling seed corn, removing rogue plants, weeding, and volunteer plant removal in corn fields. Tasks include walking through rows, manually pulling tassels, cutting rogue plants, and working in various weather conditions. Training will be provided, including safety and worker protection. Responsibilities may vary based on specific duties and responsibilities assigned.
