Must handle produce carefully to prevent damage and ensure quality standards.

Additional tasks involve planting seedlings, clearing debris, thinning, pruning, and differentiating fruit quality based on color and size. Must be able to identify and remove unmarketable or damaged produce accurately.

Minimum requirements include 3 months of relevant experience, lifting up to 60 lbs, exposure to extreme temperatures, extensive pushing or pulling, sitting or walking, frequent stooping or bending, and repetitive movements.
