Job Responsibilities

• Perform manual and mechanized outdoor horticultural tasks, including planting, cultivating, maintaining nursery stock, trees, shrubs, bedding plants, and propagating plants.
• Prepare fields, remove debris, and use tools or machinery for planting and maintenance.
• Manage trees and plants through pruning, shearing, tying, grading, and cutting, using hand tools or chainsaws.
• Harvest vegetables, operate farm equipment, and handle crops with care to prevent damage.
• Perform general farm maintenance and ensure cleanliness of work areas.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of relevant experience.
• Criminal Background Check.
• Lifting up to 60 lbs.
• Exposure to extreme temperatures, extensive sitting or walking, frequent stooping or bending, and repetitive movements.
