Job Title: Farmworkers and Laborers, Crop, Nursery

Number of Jobs: 12 Full-Time Seasonal H-2A Jobs available from 3/26/2025 to 1/9/2026.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Pruning: Use hand saw and loppers to cut off branches. (15%)
2. Planting: Use shovel to dig holes for tree roots, backfill with soil, and firm soil around the tree. (5%)
3. Thinning: Use hands to remove excess fruit from branches. (15%)
4. Weeding: Pull weeds in berry rows and lay them to the side. (3%)
5. Berry Picking: Hand-pick ripe blueberries/blackberries, place in 30-pound buckets, carry to barn, weigh, and store in cold storage. (15%)
6. Fruit Picking: Hand-pick ripe peaches and apples, place in 40-pound bags, and deposit into bins. (25%)
7. Grading: Remove culls, pack good fruit, and organize boxes on pallets. (10%)
8. Processing: Chop apples into applesauce, use cider in donuts, and press into cider. (10%)
9. Operate tractor and forklift. (2%)

Minimum Job Requirements:

• At least 3 months of farm labor experience
• Experience with tractor and forklift operation
• Ability to carry 40 lbs while climbing ladders
• Ability to pick 12 lbs of blueberries per hour and 400 lbs of apples per hour
• Driver's license required
• Lifting requirement: 60 lbs
• Exposure to extreme temperatures
• Extensive sitting or walking
• Frequent stooping or bending
• Repetitive movements
