STgenetics® is seeking a field specialist to join the Farmfit team, working with biotechnology in the dairy and beef space. In this full-time, customer-facing role, you will travel to customer herds to assist in sales, installation and training of new customers, and to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• College degree in animal science or related field and/or experience and knowledge of the dairy or beef industries.
• Able to memorize and recall product specifications and demonstrate value proposition.
• Experience working in a farm environment.
• Able to work cooperatively as part of a team.
• Desire to continue to develop skills and knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Command of the English language; bilingual in Spanish desirable.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated.
• Demonstrate honesty and integrity at all times.
