Job summary

The Juris Agency in Sauk Centre, MN is seeking a driven Sales Producer to join our high-performing Farmers Insurance team. This role rewards effort with uncapped commission and a clear path for leadership.

Responsibilities include generating new business, building client relationships, presenting coverage options, and using AgencyZoom CRM to track leads and close sales. Licensing support is provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Property & Casualty Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
• Life & Health license preferred (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• Proven track record in sales, customer service, or business development

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed new business production goals and agency objectives
• Prepare and present insurance quotes; deliver strong sales presentations and close sales opportunities
• Build and maintain professional relationships with referral partners (Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, and others)
• Educate clients on insurance options including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial lines
• Accurately complete applications and documentation while following underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements
• Use CRM (AgencyZoom) to track leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline activity
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to build long-term client relationships

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Comfortable working with CRM systems
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow through on tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computers, email, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite
