Job summary

Farmers Insurance is seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Advisor to join our team. You will blend sales, customer service, lead follow-up, and consultative guidance to help clients find insurance solutions that fit their needs and goals.

Day-to-day duties include generating new business, connecting with prospective customers, cross-selling Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial lines, and maintaining strong client relationships while pursuing production targets.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, insurance, or a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with outbound calls and other forms of customer communication.
• A competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
• The ability to learn new products, systems, and compliance requirements.
• Strong organization and follow-through.
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licensing preferred, or willingness to become licensed.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
