Position Details

• Temporary Need: 03/15/25 - 11/15/25
• Number of Positions: 9 full-time, seasonal, temporary Farm Workers/Laborers
• Location: Sandy, Utah
• Work Hours: 40 hrs/wk, Mon-Fri, 7:00am - 3:30pm
• Wage: $17.84/hr

Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) months experience in farm work
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs regularly

Duties

• Plant seed, mow, water sod, harvest sod, and stack on pallets
• Work reliably in hot, dry, and inclement weather

Additional Information

Workers must adhere to all safety rules, perform tasks efficiently, and keep property and facilities clean. Employment includes tools, room, board, transportation, and safety equipment at no cost. Applicants must provide employment eligibility documentation (I9). The employer guarantees at least 3/4 of the total work period and will cover transportation costs upon contract completion or termination without cause. Reimbursements for travel and subsistence are provided as per regulations. This job is associated with a future H-2A labor certification application.
