Job summary

Travel Villa Kitchen is seeking a friendly tour-day support crew member to help run a weekly Saturday farm tour in the Houston area. You’ll greet guests, check them in at the meet point, and assist at the basket-making station with supplies provided.

You’ll help keep the produce station stocked, assist with photography, and ensure the day runs smoothly under the guidance of the event coordinator. Shifts run Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM at rotating local farms.

Qualifications

• Greeting guests and checking in at the meet point.
• Assisting at the basket-making station with supplied materials.
• Stocking and maintaining the produce station at the host farm.
• Helping capture photos of the day.

Job description

Travel Villa Kitchen runs a weekly Saturday farm tour series at local Houston-area farms -- guests tour the farm and make their own holiday harvest basket to take home. We're building a tour-day support crew, paid at $15/hr.

Tour-day support helps with:

• Welcoming guests and check-in at the meet point
• Running the basket-making station (baskets, wrap, and supplies provided)
• Keeping the produce station stocked with the host farm
• Helping capture photos of the day

Shifts are Saturdays, about 8:30 AM-12:30 PM, at a rotating local farm (the week's farm is announced the Thursday before). Our event coordinator leads every tour -- support crew helps the day run, never runs it alone.
