Job summary

EverGRO Cooperative is seeking a Part-Time Farm Store Associate to deliver friendly service, handle transactions, and maintain an inviting showroom. You will cross-train for warehouse tasks and support deliveries, with shifts to fit store needs.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a retail environment providing customer service and operating point of sale equipment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Willingness to work Mon-Fri, 8am–6pm and Saturdays, 8am–3pm.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain it via on-the-job training.
• Able and willing to learn to fill propane tanks.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with friendly and efficient service.
• Process check-out, exchanges and returns using POS equipment.
• Help maintain a clean, professional store showroom.
• Promote and set up for store events and displays.
• Cross-train to support warehouse responsibilities for deliveries.
• Stock and replenish merchandise and assist with inventory.
